Personal data: goal and lawful basis

DTT processes personal data in two instances: when a website visitor fills out the contact form or to fulfil contractual obligations with a client. When someone fills out the contact form, the following personal data is processed:

• Name
• Telephone number
• E-mail address

Personal data from the website will only be processed when someone submits the contact form. By filling out this contact form, you consent to DTT processing your personal data. Your personal data will be used by DTT to contact you. The lawful basis for this data processing is: ‘consent’.

If you have a contract with DTT (e.g. DTT as a developer for your solution), your personal data will be processed by the lawful basis ‘contractual necessity’ listed in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This personal data is needed for contacting you and to fulfil our contractual obligations with you. DTT processes just the personal data you have personally shared with DTT via e-mail, phone, our website, etc.

Third-parties

Personal data will not be shared with third-parties, unless you consented to this (e.g. as a part of the contract you signed with DTT) or to comply with legal obligations.

Data retention

Processed personal data will be stored in DTT’s customer base. Personal data will be stored no longer than necessary for services provided by DTT.

Individual rights

If you want to access, rectify or erase your personal data, you can contact DTT via the contact information listed below. DTT will respond to your request within one month.

In case you do not agree with the processing of your personal data by DTT, you can file a complaint with the Dutch DPA.
