The first thing I liked most about DTT is the chance they give you to prove yourself. From the start, I had the feeling that they trusted me in the things I did. Besides, they had given me the possibility to do the things that I wanted to do. After this internship, I know where my interest lies within HR. I have enjoyed my internship and, I have learned a lot. I am grateful that I have seen all the different aspects of HR en that I achieved my personal goals. The responsibility for tasks has improved my skills as a junior HR-professional. DTT also allowed me to take risks and to step out of my comfort zone. And, of course,  I have learned a lot from professionals. Further, I liked the team a lot. People at DTT were always willing to help me and, I have made a lot of new friends.
