During my graduation internship at DTT I learned more than I initially expected. DTT has a very informal and open working atmosphere, which makes it easy to approach your colleagues. Monthly performance reviews give you a clear picture of your professional work and how you can develop further. From the start, I was given a lot of responsibility and freedom to shape my internship. There was regular communication about the progress of my internship and whether I was satisfied with the tasks I was allowed to perform, which allowed me to get the most out of my internship.
