Being a recent graduate and moving to the Netherlands could have been much more challenging, but thanks to DTT, the whole journey went off without a hitch. As a front-end developer, I was involved in a variety of exciting projects that required me to adhere to high quality coding standards. I felt grateful to work with people who showed their best interest in seeing me grow and achieve my goals. Being surrounded by highly skilled and positive individuals helped to improve my work ethic, but also broadened my knowledge of the industry and as a result, increased my confidence in myself. Most importantly, at DTT I never felt like an intern. Instead, I was treated the same as all my other colleagues and given immediate confidence and great responsibilities. For me, this was by far the best work environment I have had the opportunity to experience.
