After the success of the OSR Star Finder app - with more than a million downloads in over 200 countries - we are giving our collaboration with Online Star Register a nice follow up with Fly Me to the Start VR.

Within this innovative Virtual Reality game the users can travel to every corner of the solar system. This way you can jump around on the craters of the Moon, visit the NASA rovers on Mars, or fly around the rings of Saturn: it's all possible in Fly Me to the Stars VR.

Players can fly up to a star and even walk around on it.

To be able to play Fly Me to the Stars VR, all you need are a pair of (cardboard) VR glasses that you can slide your phone into. This makes Fly Me to the Stars VR a standout on the app stores: there are only a few VR games which give that much freedom without an external controller or remote control.

A technical showpiece

The unprecedented scale and unique interactions within Fly Me to the Stars VR have challenged our team to develop completely new VR techniques, including for faithfully displaying tens of thousands of stars. A serious technical challenge with which our team proved itself.
