KIA and DTT: A Tale in Tech

In the A Tale in Tech series, automaker KIA explores technological developments within energy, design and AR/VR. To learn more about the application of Augmented Reality within innovative projects, KIA stopped by DTT's office.
Technology that moves you
In 2023, KIA launched a campaign for its electric cars: Technology that moves you. Maurice Lede, also known from Klokhuis and 3 op Reis, presents a video series for this in which KIA looks for innovations that make us move. In the interview, we present one of our projects that focuses on movement and innovation: Operation Z.U.I.V.E.R., an Augmented Reality game developed in cooperation with the municipality of Hollands Kroon. The game encourages young people to exercise and rewards them for contributing to a cleaner environment.
The video led to great results: for example, the episode has already been viewed more than 1.4 million times in the first two months. The video can be viewed here (the segment at DTT starts at 04:07):
