To train employers and managers to recognize loss in the workplace, CNV took the initiative to deploy a serious game. Together with CNV, we realized the 'CNV Serious Game'.

The Serious Game offers a realistic simulation where managers can practice with loss in the workplace in a safe environment. The serious game focuses on recognizing loss, having empathic conversations and effectively dealing with the emotions of employees.
