Wereldwijd wordt de OSR Augmented Reality app goed ontvangen. Veel gebruikers zijn erg enthousiast, zo blijkt uit de reacties op de app. De app gaat inmiddels al richting de half miljoen downloads!

Met de OSR Augmented Reality app kan je snel en eenvoudig alle sterrenstelsels vinden. Maar belangrijker nog, je kunt met deze app ook je eigen ster kopen, benoemen en weer opzoeken met behulp van Augmented Reality.

Uit de vele reacties op de app blijkt dat de app internationaal zeer goed ontvangen wordt in iTunes. De app gaat zelfs al richting de half miljoen downloads.

It's so beautiful the way you see the space/sky. And it's so easy to use, I'm just in love with this. Even though you have to pay 54$ for a star it's so worth it because it's internationally yours. Just love this.

This app is awesome, I used it to locate Perseus to watch the Perseid meteor shower. Lovely constellation rendering. This app doesn't show only the stars, it shows the person or creature the stars depict. Bought this for my grandma too.

This is the coolest thing I have ever seen! Me and my family where in our backyard looking at the meteor shower and we saw tons ad stars and for once we knew what they where! When we were done I could still use the app inside.

So you ask you ask someone you want to kiss to go on a night time picnic. You drive them out to the countryside (where you're +75% certain you won't be murdered/arrested for trespassing) and you lay out the blanket. You eat your sandwiches and drink some wine and you lay down on the blanket to look at the stars. But what tf do you know about stars?? Not a got dam thing. You pull out your phone and say "hey baby, what's your sign" and they say "Aries" or something. You pull out this app and point it at the sky until you find their constellation. Then you point out your sign's constellation. They'll be like "I was gonna bang this one person who knew how to find Orion's Belt but you can find any constellation in the sky! I choose you!" This works best if you know the stories the Ancient Greeks or Romans made up to go along with the signs. It's super romantic. You will get So. Kissed.

I was so surprised at how awesome this app was. It actually showed the constellations the phone was pointing at. Just make sure to enable the horizon line for a point of reference.

My dad recently got an iPhone 6 and he gave me his old 4s. It initializes very fast and doesn't freeze. Even though it costs $54 USD to name your own star, the app is pretty great! I thought the star you named would just be something within the app. The star will be internationally named. If you are looking for a fast, free stargazing app, look no further, you have found the one!

On vacation in Oklahoma and I spontaneously pull my kids and husband out of the rv at midnight to see the stars. It has a small problem with accuracy for example if the moon is on you right side then the app will say it on your left but overall it is a really cool and really interesting app you can figure out new constellations and what they look like and you can use it inside and point up down and all around so yea it's a great app

I always wanted to have a star finding app. I always enjoy looking for constellations when my family has bonfires, but idk what constellations are out. I luv this app but, what could make it really cool is to click a star and you can locate it around the world. Another cool thing would be is to point the camera at the stars and have the app draw lines for the constellations . Over all I luv it

The OSR App is great, and it's good being able to locate your star. If only the App was available when I purchased the star, so it could be in my hemisphere and also I had to re purchase the star to view it with the App. So to summarise, great for first time buyers.
