As a recruiter & HR assistant you are involved in the entire recruitment and selection process, such as drafting vacancy texts, conducting (application) interviews, being the first point of contact for applicants, the selection procedure, the final hiring of new employees, updating vacancies. and job boards and the further professionalization of our recruitment process.
You are responsible for the onboarding of new people within the company and you are the first contact for HR questions. In addition, you help the HR manager with drafting contracts, keeping track of and adjusting personnel mutations.
