Are you looking for a challenging internship and do you feel like having an HR adventure at a fast-growing IT company? Then you’ve come to the right place! DTT offers you the opportunity to come into contact with different facets within HR and to lift them to a higher level!
As a HR intern, you will be involved in the entire recruitment and selection process, such as drafting a vacancy announcement, conducting interviews, selection, the final hiring of new employees and other personnel matters. You are involved in the working conditions policy, such as conducting evaluation interviews. You contribute to the optimization of HR processes.
In addition, you will have to make special HR projects where your ambitions and capabilities will be put to a good use. Also, we attach importance to your personal development. That's why every two weeks, you will have feedback and reflection time with the HR Manager.
As an intern, you have a lot of responsibilities and influence on the projects. All projects, large and small, receive full attention at DTT, so your help is very welcome!
