During my internship at DTT I learned a lot. I did not have a lot of experience in HR related tasks as a psychology student such as; recruitment, performance and all the other HR tasks. The DTT team gave me the opportunity to experience the HR field and to grow into it. I really appreciated that guidance and the room to learn more if I wanted to. This was a pleasant environment to have done my internship at and I am happy with the experience I have gained.
