During my internship I learned many things and was given many responsibilities from the start. This also gave me the freedom to indicate what skills I would like to develop. At DTT you get the opportunity to experience what it is like to work as an HR employee in a professional and international organization. 'Doing Thing Together' is very recognizable at DTT, because you work not only with your other HR colleagues but also with the other teams and that makes the work fun and diverse. In addition to developing practice-oriented skills, there is also room to develop your social skills during the Friday afternoon drinks and the bimonthly team socials.
