As a corporate recruiter you are involved in the entire recruitment and selection process, such as writing a vacancy text, interviewing candidates, selecting and final acceptance of new employees. You will also have to conduct an evaluation interview as part of the working policy. You should contribute to optimizing HR processes and HR procedures.
In addition, you will have to make special HR projects where your ambitions and capabilities will be put to a good use. Also, we attach importance to your personal development. That's why every two weeks, you will have feedback and reflection time with the HR Manager.
As an intern, you have a lot of responsibilities and influence on the projects. All projects, large and small, receive full attention at DTT, so your help is very welcome!
