How do we proceed for the Quick Scan?

Kickoff: making objectives central
We kick off with a joint consultation. Digital experts from DTT will join us from various disciplines: design, development and strategy. We will tell you briefly about who we are, and would like to hear about your background and the reason for the Quick Scan. Of course, everyone from your side is welcome: every perspective can offer valuable input.
During the kickoff, we focus on the objectives for the Quick Scan. For example, we can consider the entire solution and all customer journeys, or we can choose to delineate the Quick Scan on a particular functionality or objective.

Quick Scan: a new look at the solution
From different digital expertise, we analyze the current solution. Among other things, here we look at whether:
- ...the solution meets best practices and market standards
- ...the design matches the solution's target audience
- ...the onboarding (the first ten minutes) conveys the right information
- ...the design and functionalities reinforce the objectives
- ...all functionalities are sufficiently available and clear
- ...there are bottlenecks in navigation
And dozens of other indicators that cover solution performance, including project-specific metrics that we formulate after kickoff.
For example, within the Quick Scan we look at the entire solution from different disciplines: from the design and UI/UX, to the way it is written and its technical functioning. We also use several innovative tools to further analyze the solution, including Artificial Intelligence (AI) to focus and identify bottlenecks in the UI design.
In this way, we arrive at a clear picture of how the solution is currently functioning, and where we see opportunities to improve the functioning of the solution.

Advisory report: a clear picture on valuable opportunities
We summarize the results of the Quick Scan analysis in an accessible advisory report. Within the advisory report we share a summary of the observations and our advice for improvements, optimizations and enrichments that contribute to the set goals. From strategic 'quick-fixes' with immediate impact, to larger interventions that can steer the long-term strategy. We provide each point of advice with an explanation, rationale and an expectation for the complexity of implementation. We schedule a consultation to walk through the advice points together. Together with you or your team, we discuss our recommendations and the impact they may have on user experience, user satisfaction, conversion rates and other goals.
SUPPLEMENTAL
Presentation: a strong summary of results
As an (optional) addition to the advisory report, we can provide an accessible summary of the Quick Scan findings. The form, we agree together: think of a convincing presentation, or a short movie in which the most important findings are highlighted. This way you have a nice summary for potential investors, stakeholders or decision makers.
