We kick off with a joint consultation. Digital experts from DTT will join us from various disciplines: design, development and strategy. We will tell you briefly about who we are, and would like to hear about your background and the reason for the Quick Scan. Of course, everyone from your side is welcome: every perspective can offer valuable input.
During the kickoff, we focus on the objectives for the Quick Scan. For example, we can consider the entire solution and all customer journeys, or we can choose to delineate the Quick Scan on a particular functionality or objective.
