Before we start the design sprint, we discuss your goals, challenges and expectations. We gather all relevant information about your digital solution, the users and the market. Based on this, together we set a clear objective for the design sprint.

Sprint week: targeted innovation

During the sprint week, we work intensively with our team of experts. We use a structured method with short iterations to achieve results quickly.

During the week, we go through the following steps:

• Day 1 - Mapping insights and challenges: We analyze user needs, competition and existing solutions. We gather insights and identify key challenges.

• Day 2 - Idea generation and prioritization: We organize brainstorming sessions and generate a wide range of creative ideas. We then select the most promising concepts.

• Day 3 - Concept sketches: The concepts are developed as sketches. These are discussed with the team and then refined.

• Day 4 - Prototype development: We convert the selected sketches into a tangible prototype. This prototype can range from interactive wireframes to visual designs, depending on the needs of the project.

• Day 5 - Schedule validation and next steps: Schedule validation and next steps: We test the prototypes with real users to gather valuable feedback. We analyze the results of user testing, gather feedback from the team, and make joint decisions about the next steps in the design process.
