"I started my internship with almost no experience, but DTT gave me the opportunity to develop myself. Soon I could work myself thanks to my fellow coaches and colleagues. Although most of the time you're working independently, you can always ask your colleagues for questions or help. This independence also gives you a lot of responsibility, and you also learn a lot.
