During my graduation internship at DTT, I worked on various and diverse projects from the start and thus gained a lot of work experience. DTT has a very informal and open working atmosphere, which makes it easy to approach your colleagues when you have questions or when you get stuck. Moments are also regularly scheduled in which you receive feedback about your work from various colleagues. This allows you to learn a lot from other talented developers. As an intern you are seen as a full team member, which means you get a lot of responsibilities. Because of this, I feel that I have made many steps as an iOS developer.
