DTT has developed the RSR Breakdown assistance app for RSR Netherlands. With this app RSR Netherlands customers can quickly and easily contact customer service in case of a breakdown on the road.
The user's exact location is determined through GPS. This location information is important when seeking help for the customer RSR Netherlands. In addition, the RSR Breakdown app includes a call function that allows to automatically dial the customer service with one click.
