Now live: Training in Positivity (TIP)
24.03.2022
After Compas-Y and Zo Erg Nog Niet, we got to develop a third app for University of Twente.
Training in Positivity with the University of Twente
In collaboration with the University of Twente and Ernst Bohlmeijer (Professor of Positive Mental Health at the UT) we developed Training in Positivity (TIP). The app is made for people who could use a mental boost. Thus, TIP supports its users in increasing their well-being and reducing stress. This is done in six modules, spread over three weeks. Each module lasts three days and consists of an introductory video, a written explanation and an exercise to develop a source of positivity. All exercises in the app are based on 'positive psychology'. This is a movement within psychology that emphasizes possibilities, rather than impossibilities.
Just like the apps we previously developed for the University of Twente (Compas-Y and Zo Erg Nog Niet), TIP will first be launched among participants in a study conducted by the university. The university wants to know how effective the app is for people who suffer from psychological complaints such as depression, tension or mental fatigue.
