CNV deploys a serious game in staff training programs
The CNV union provides guidance to professionals on multifaceted topics, including collective bargaining agreements, legal aid and taxes. Recently, CNV conducted research on the topic of loss in the workplace and the impact of loss on employee well-being and productivity. To address this issue in an appropriate and effective way, the CNV has developed 'the CNV Serious Game' together with DTT.

In an accessible and interactive way, managers learn to deal with vulnerable situations, such as recognizing loss and having empathic conversations.
