Now live: MY-SEC

Good news, the MY-SEC intranet Progressive Web App (PWA) is now live.

The MY-SEC intranet app

I-SEC Netherlands has a major stake in securing Schiphol International Airport. I-SEC's security personnel can be found there mostly at the Central Checkpoints for passengers and at the security checks of airport staff.

In collaboration with I-SEC Netherlands, we have developed the MY-SEC app. Thanks to the MY-SEC app, employees have 24/7 access to all relevant company information, rosters, articles and more. I-SEC stimulates the use of the app by, for example, making rosters exclusively available in the app. The app is also connected to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, streamlining all business processes within one system.

Employees can log in by means of Single-Sign-On, an authentication tool that gives users secure access to multiple apps and services with just one set of credentials. The app also enables biometric login methods, such as Touch ID or facial recognition.

In addition to the MY-SEC app, we developed a Content Management System (CMS). The CMS allows admins to manage users and post articles in the app, among other things. In case of important updates, admins can activate a pop-up in the app so that employees are notified of the update.

The MY-SEC app is now live and available for all employees of I-SEC Netherlands.
