A five-year study on healthier lifestyles
Supreme Nudge is a project of the University of Amsterdam which studies healthy lifestyles for people with a low socioeconomic status. The focus is on healthy eating habits and adequate exercise, with the ultimate goal of a healthier lifestyle. With this innovative app users will be motivated to get the extra mile.
The Supreme Nudge app is meant to give researchers insight in the daily number of steps taken by the users and to give them a nudge in the right direction. With these nudges users will be stimulated to get some extra exercise when they are nearby a park, forest or other hiking opportunity. In addition to these nudges users can also receive targeted feedback and personal advice. The app supports the user in making healthy and conscious choices.
