I-SEC Netherlands plays a large part in securing the international airport Schiphol. I-SEC's security personnel can often be found there at the Central Checkpoints for passengers and at airport staff security checks.
With the MY-SEC app, I-SEC employees have 24/7 access to all relevant company information, schedules, manuals, articles and more. Use of the app is encouraged by I-SEC by making rosters available exclusively in the app, for example, and thanks to its connection to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, all business processes are streamlined within one system.
Employees can login using Single-Sign-On, which is an authentication tool that allows users to securely access multiple apps and services with just one set of login credentials. In addition, they can enable biometric login methods, such as Touch ID or facial recognition.
To manage the content of the MY-SEC app, a Content Management System (CMS) has been developed. The CMS allows admins to, among other things, manage users and post articles to the app. For important updates, admins can activate a pop-up to notify employees of the update. When the the pop-up is opened by the employee, they must agree that they have read the message.
