As a full-service app developer, we developed the BreathBalanz app. This app makes use of the BreathBalanz method, a method that teaches the user how to calm their breathing, as proper breathing restores balance in life: both physically and mentally. The BreathBalanz method is an 80-day training programme divided into 7 periods. During these periods, the user works towards healthy breathing while training different respiratory muscles. Each week, breathing is measured and recorded in the app, allowing the user to both see and feel their progress. Throughout the training programme, the user is required to complete a weekly symptoms list to carefully track how they are feeling and monitor their progress.

The BreathBalanz method works with a Bluetooth sensor that enables the user to measure their breathing rate.
