Anders Denken was developed in collaboration with the Ontwikkelhuis. The Anders Denken game is an 'intervision method'. Intervision is a form of knowledge development and is suitable for every level of employee or manager. Intervision allows valuable insights to be exchanged between team members. In addition, intervision strengthens the feeling of solidarity between employees.
The game is played by two teams with at least two team members. Participants are asked to answer various issues, so participants are challenged to look at the issue from a different perspective.
